The company has around 200 writers but they claim a higher number.
On the website, they show top writers as shown in the following image. The following image is showing the writer is online and it will always be online at any time of the day – Promotional activity not real.
The writer is doing all kind of work from Language to business, to Nursing, to History, to Psychology – You can easily understand the difference of the work written by a generic writer and by a subject expert.

Earlier they share pricing structure on their website but now a day there is no section talking about their pricing standards.
Their pricing is comparative and for some services, it is higher.
Delivery – 4/10
They fail to deliver assignments in sometimes but in general, they could maintain the timeline, if it is offseason. During lean and peak season they start failing the deadlines and they don’t process the refund also.

The sales support is the main area of improvement as on the website under the support section they just share a form to fill and share – and keep on waiting to get the response.
They share no contact number on the website and their chat support is also don’t work properly.

My Analysis –
The website interface is good and it is made to lure the customer and gain better google ranking. Main information is either manipulated or don’t have.
Customers feedback over many other sites –
